Terms and Conditions

  1. By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions governing this promotion.
  2. The prize promotion is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) aged 18 years or over excluding employees and their immediate families of Manuscript Pen Company or any company affiliated with the promoter, their agents or any other person professionally connected with the promotion.
  3. How to participate: Answer the daily question on our interactive advent calendar, all correct answers will be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win the daily prize. Winners will be chosen at random and informed by email using the email address provided on the registration form. Winners will be requested to provide additional details within 14 days to facilitate the delivery of their prize. If Manuscript Pen Company have not received these details within these 14 days, new winners will be selected in accordance with the terms and conditions.
  4. Players may play each daily game as many times as they like, however only one entry per person/registration/email will be considered for each of the prize draws.
  5. This promotion is no way sponsored, endorsed or associated in any way with Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform. You understand that you are providing your information to Manuscript Pen Company and not to any social media platform.
  6. Daily prize details as follows:
    1. Day 1 – Win 1 of 2 Manuscript Modern Calligraphy Gift Sets (2 prizes, 1 set per winner)
    2. Day 2 – Win 1 of 3 LEGO® Harry Potter™ Box sets. (There are several styles available within this collection and unfortunately it is not possible to request which one you would prefer). There are 3 prizes available in total, each winner will receive one box set.
    3. Day 3 – Win a Tom's Studio Lumos Pen. (There are several styles available within this collection and unfortunately it is not possible to request which one you would prefer)
    4. Day 4 – Win 1 of 4 artPOP! Premium Watercolor Pencils 48 pack. There are 4 prizes available in total, each winner will receive one pack each.
    5. Day 5 – Win a Diplomat Aero white lacquer Fountain Pen OR a Diplomat Esteem black lacquer Fountain Pen. There are 2 prizes available in total, each winner will receive one pen each, unfortunately it is not possible to request which one you would prefer.
    6. Day 6 – Win 1 of 5 Sheaffer 100 Matt Black Lacquer with Chrome Plated Trim, ballpoint pens. There are 5 prizes available in total, each winner will receive one pen each.
    7. Day 7 – WIN 1 of 2 Visconti Ink Bundles. Each bundle contains 1 x Ink Bottle 2022 50ml Green and 1 x Ink Bottle 2022 50ml Red. There are 2 prizes available in total, each winner will receive one bundle each.
    8. Day 8 – Win a Monteverde color changing ink set. This set contains a total of nine ink colors and one changer liquid.
    9. Day 9 – WIN a KARIN Brushmarker PRO PLUS set (72 colors + 3 blenders) OR a KARIN Decobrush Metallic set (10 colors) OR a KARIN Cosmic Collection gel pen set (50 colors divided into three collections). 3 prizes, 1 prize per winner to be selected at random.
    10. Day 10 – WIN the ultimate Lionheart Tales Stationery bundle. Bundle includes 1 x Air Pens pack, 1 x Write and Colour Pen pack, 1 x Super Washable Pen pack, 1 x 3-in-1 Wax Crayons and 1 x Colouring pencils pack.
    11. Day 11 - WIN a Conklin 1898 Misto fountain pen. (There are several styles available within this collection and unfortunately it is not possible to request which one you would prefer)
    12. Day 12 - WIN 3 x bottles of Private Reserve Infinity Ink Colors (There are several styles available within this collection and unfortunately it is not possible to request which one you would prefer)
  7. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable; no cash alternative is available. All prizes are subject to availability
  8. If any winner is unable for whatever reason to accept the prize(s) then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize(s) to another participant selected in accordance with the promotion rules.
  9. The promotion will begin at 9am Friday1st December 2023 and will end at 23:59pm Tuesday 12th December 2023.
  10. Each daily calendar door will be open for 1 day only from 00:01am until 23:59pm of the corresponding calendar date. Any entries received after the closing date will not be accepted by the promoter.
  11. All winners must, at the Promoters request, participate in reasonable promotional activity surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and images in promotional material across their digital channels.
  12. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the prize promotion.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any applicant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the applicant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
  14. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this prize promotion at any time without prior notice.
