Koh-I-Noor's Toison d'Or Extra Soft Pastels are made from the finest pigments acquired from around the world. Because these pastels are made with minimal binding agents, the pigments are more concentrated and easily distribute colour to both light and dark surfaces.

This basic set of soft pastels is perfect for artists of all levels.

The looseness of the colour particles allows artists unlimited possibilities in terms of tone and richness, and offers superb blending capabilities.

Each pastel has a paper wrap to keep fingers clean when being used.

The pastels also have an excellent light fastness for long-lasting artwork.

A final fixative is highly recommended to prevent unwanted distribution of pigment particles
